 A: Only God Knows.

 

Q: What are some things I can do to make my house sell faster and for more money?

A: Look at your house as if you were the buyer. Remove clutter, Paint walls and shampoo carpet if needed.

Keep it neat and tidy for all showings. Inside and out. Spend your money on the kitchen and  master bath. (A little money spent to update always has a profitable return)

Very important !If you have pets or smoke, keep the house smelling fresh and clean for your showings.

Put out fresh pine straw around shrubs. Keep the exterior neat also. Although I hear some sellers say they do not want to pay closing cost for the buyer, as long as you are getting what you want in the end, be open to the idea of this because it very well might the the key to getting your house sold.

 

Q: What should I ask for my house ? (  most important to all sellers)

A: As an experienced Real Estate Broker, I know every one wants as much as possible when selling. If you will follow my advise and price your house some what to where  the market is suggesting, potential buyers are more likely to purchase your home.  

 

 Q.   Why is my house NOT selling?

 A.  First of all , GO BACK to my advice in the previous text and ask your self  "Have I followed the advice I've been given ? " If your home is not showing It could be priced too high. An undesireable location can also hinder the sale of your home. MY GOOD NEWS IS every home will eventually sell. Follow the advice I've given here, be patient and PRAY...  seek Gods will.
